To guarantee the absence of an accidental gluten
contamination, you’ll find a selection of dishes that are not made in our
kitchen. Our supplier is “Selezioni Alimentari”, a famous artisanal laboratory
in Nuvolento (BS), specialized in gluten free food production.
The cooking is then done in our kitchen but in specific
furniture used only for that.
Our meat is instead cooked on a wood grill in a completely
different area from the kitchen, so that any kind of contamination is
impossible. This is the same meat that we offer in our usual menu.
